Rising from its rock strata Daflora Natural Mineral Water is stored in reservoirs with a capacity of 140,000 liters of water. The whole water piping system is made of stainless steel.

The bottling process is totaly automatic, and it takes place in rooms protected by systems of positive pressure, where the air that comes into the rooms is filtered air to eliminate any probability of contamination.

RECYCLING THE 20 LITER BOTTLES:
Receiving and controlling the bottles:

The bottles that come back from the market with stains, dirt, foreign bodies or odor, are rejected for re-use. The other ones are pre-cleaned.

The bottles that have smell or stains are discarded. The ones in good condition continue the washing.

Outside washing:
Is done with rotating brushes and detergent.

Inside washing:
Is done with high pressure water gush.

After this pre-washing, the bottles go into the automatic washer where they will be washed by a high pressure gush of ozoned water in an automatic washing machine with three washing and rinsing stages.

When they come out of the washing machines, the bottles go through one more process of sterilization, that is obtained from the ultra-violet radiations. The filling is supervised by trained employees dressed in special uniforms: masks, sterilized gloves, caps and boots.
Filled and automaticaly topped, the bottles are taken out of the cleaning room and are security sealed and labeled.
